Anja stated this issue was "resolved." But each time I try to connect my accounts I get a message from NFCU saying the link was successful, but Quicken provides the blue circle of heck.

Quicken for Mac 6.11.3 (Build 611.47347.100) has not wanted to download transactions from my visa card at Navy Federal since 1/13/23.

I was previously told that my bank, NFCU, would transition to a different connection method. That day has evidently arrived.

May 9, 2024 · I have been having these same issues trying to update my NFCU accounts for months.

I have not been able to get any downloaded transactions from my bank, Navy Federal Credit Union. I am not showing any errors.

Connecting to NFCU worked only when I set my default browser to Safari (no add-ons). That stated, the above issue happened on a very old computer (2012 Mac Mini) that could not be upgraded to the latest MacOS (Sonoma ver. 14.4).

Once again I am experiencing issues with NFCU and am unable to download transactions from 11 accounts.

I along with many others are not able to use one step update to download transactions from Navy Federal Credit Union.
