Jan 2, 2025 · I'm not a mad ranter - I am sure that eventually I will sort this out - but I suspect that I will have to buy more expensive tickets via Trainline or other online service, and will probably lose my payments to Trainpal (which are well over £100!).

Oct 15, 2020 · She called Trainline and they have refunded her less than 50% of her ticket as they have taken off £10 for an admin fee. She is on minimum wage and cannot afford to lose that money plus if it’s a government requirement surely she should get a full refund? She tried to complain and Trainline said she needs to contact GWR.
